Returns Policy
At LILIVANT, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we aim to make the returns process as seamless as possible.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept eligible change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any applicable duties, taxes, or return shipping costs will not be credited and may be deducted from your final store credit amount
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, packaging, dust bags, and boxes included where applicable
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the item ordered, you may be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
In these cases:
- Lilivant will cover any applicable return shipping costs
- Please contact our Customer Care team with clear supporting photographs and details of the issue
- We will assess the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as possible
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please submit your request through your account within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address and next steps.
Please note that unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
