Shipping & Returns

At LILIVANT, we partner with independent designers, ateliers, and brands from around the world. Many of our pieces are shipped directly from the designer to reduce unnecessary handling and support a more intentional approach to fashion.

Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this occurs, each parcel will include its own tracking link so you can follow every delivery to your door.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected items, and delivery destination.

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on the designer’s location and your shipping destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that during collection launches, promotional periods, or public holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Duties & Taxes

For selected regions, duties and taxes may be included at checkout.

For other destinations, local customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

If applicable, this will be indicated during checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Care team.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will work with the courier to investigate the shipment. Claims for missing parcels must be reported within 7 days of the delivery notification.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Returns

We hope you love your LILIVANT pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • be unworn and unused 
  • have all original tags attached
  • include original packaging, dust bags, and boxes where applicable
  • not show signs of wear, damage, fragrance, makeup, or alteration 

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty under applicable consumer laws:

  • made-to-order or customised pieces 
  • intimate items and swimwear where hygiene seals have been removed
  • earrings and select jewellery items
  • beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products that have been opened or used
  • items marked as Final Sale 

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protections, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Items damaged through general wear and tear, misuse, incorrect care, or accidental damage are not considered faulty.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders provide early access to selected releases before they officially launch.

Full payment is taken at checkout to reserve your item. Estimated shipping windows are displayed on the product page before purchase.

Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items.

If your pre-order has not yet entered preparation or production, cancellation requests may be considered. Once preparation has commenced, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Pre-order items remain eligible for return in accordance with our standard returns policy unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Some LILIVANT designers create pieces exclusively on a made-to-order basis. These garments and accessories are crafted specifically for you, often by hand, in limited quantities or as individual commissions.

This approach supports craftsmanship, slower production cycles, and more conscious consumption.

Production timelines vary depending on the designer and complexity of the piece, with estimated delivery windows displayed prior to checkout.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to begin production.

As made-to-order items are created specifically for you, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has commenced. Requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be considered at the designer’s discretion.

Made-to-order items are final sale unless faulty or required to be returned under applicable consumer laws.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs so we can assist further.
